We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Early Learning professional to become a part of Goodstart’s innovative practice uplift. We are looking for a Practice Improvement Area Lead – Coach to support the delivery of School Readiness Funded coaching.

This role is a full time position and would suit someone passionate about working with teachers and educators to influence change and improve children’s outcomes. We are very flexible on where you are located as you will be supporting Centres all across Melbourne 

As a Practice Improvement Area Lead Coach, you will deliver high quality coaching, mentoring and professional development to improve the quality of centre pedagogy and practice.

About you –

• Extensive and recent practice-based early childhood education experience (aged birth to 8 years).
• Hold a 4-year Early Childhood qualification or equivalent from a recognised university.
• Working knowledge of National and State Accredited Early Learning Frameworks and National Quality Framework (including qualification requirements and National Quality Standards).
• Working knowledge of, or the ability to acquire knowledge of relevant State or Territory legislation.
• Experience coaching and mentoring others
• Open Drivers Licence
