As part of the SmartCore in Network, we are enablers of our DevOps organization transformation by providing software practices & common tools so teams can deliver software faster and more reliable. We like to innovate by using the latest technologies and lead practices where our organization is composed of developers, network engineers, infrastructure administrators and much more. Our ultimate goal is to change software development culture at Bell where open project mindset should come first to enable code re-use and common projects.
We are seeking for an innovation agent in Software Development that will be working with our software developer community to establish the foundation for software component re-usability. Your work will be pivotal to our transformation in build a trusting and open environment for sharing and problem solving within our developer community. You will play a critical role in facilitating and shaping software practices to ensure teams will adopt them and remain engage after its promotion. You will be assisting community leads in addressing barriers that may prevent adoption of practices.
Our software development is rich in experience and is growing at a fast pace. You will be working with other Software practitioner where we expect our teams to make key decision and take ownership over their projects. We highly encourage collaboration with our software development’s teams across all projects, which is why this role is key to our transformation.
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
