Branch Premier Account Manager is also responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through resolving customer queries/issues. He/ She maintains periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made. The BDR also cross sells the banks third party products like Life Insurance, General Insurance, Cards, etc.
Key Customer Relationship Management
High Net Worth customer programs
Ensure all components of the branch sales model function as per design
Cross sell existing bank products to customers.
Review Branch Operations reports
Branch Merchandising co-ordination with Marketing at product level
Review vault register
Review Suspense Dummy accounts
Ensure compliance with Banking rules, Regulations Procedures
Periodic review of progress vs. objectives
Ensure clarity of Business objectives among staff
Work experience in the related field is required for this position
Experience of a job role in Retail Banking/ Branch Banking/Branch Operation or equivalent.
Should be a good leader experience of working under pressure
Possess Strong communication Interpersonal Skills.
Qualification - Graduate/Post-Graduate
Willing to work in rotational shifts
Fluency in English is a must
Male Candidates preferred.
Should be willing to work 6 days in a week
Should be okay with restored week offs
