The Opportunity

Due to ongoing internal growth across our businesses we are currently seeking a Pricing Manager to be based at our Head Office, Broadbeach location.

This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of company pricing strategies, as well as identifying target markets and reviewing customer trends to help determine the need for new products or services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct pricing strategy formulation and take necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters
  • Conduct oral presentations, field research and cost revisions with an understanding of market rates, to remain competitive
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience with ERP systems uploading, validating and reconciling menu pricing input/output models
  • Partner with buyers, product managers and sales department to ensure integrated profit maximising approach to market
  • Successfully communicate and co-ordinate information from customers and stakeholders to facilitate accurate task completion
  • Perform financial evaluation to assess pricing action effectiveness
  • Produce executive summaries for leadership meetings to review and make informed decisions
  • Proactively seek out and identifying potential savings or risks exposure to the business Provide guidance, leadership and manage the pricing team members to support activities inclusive of new price generation and discrepancy resolution
