What you’ll do

We’re looking for a Principal Consultant with expertise in non-payment fraud to provides consulting and implementation services including requirements gathering, analysis, solution development, knowledge transfer and project closeout both off and on customer site; assists sales teams with relevant activities and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

You will:

  • Provides timely, professional and quality delivery outputs on assigned projects, leveraging expertise in the application of specific SAS technologies, solutions, methodologies, and project experiences.
  • Understands, utilizes and communicates best practice methodologies and industry standards internally and externally.
  • Leverages detailed technical knowledge to support sales opportunities and implementations across solution domains including Proof of Concept and solution demonstrations.
  • Configures SAS software solutions and any required supporting products for knowledge sharing and demonstration purposes as assigned.
  • Contributes to detailed technical documentation as required, such as requirements, design, administration and user guides.
  • Participates in product and solution training to acquire and maintain a detailed level of product knowledge of core components of SAS offerings.
  • Works and collaborates with others on consulting projects and special projects as assigned.
  • May conduct customer sessions for requirements gathering, data discovery, analysis, reporting and presentation.
  • May lead knowledge transfer sessions internally and/or with customers

What we’re looking for

  • Typically, a relevant qualification like CA, ICWAI, FRM certification in Fraud management domain from consulting/ project implementation perspective.
  • Seasoned Fraud Management & security intelligence profile with experience on Fraud analytics, Fraud Framework, Audit assurance with Banks, financial services.
  • A strong customer-interfacing profile with excellent understanding of the subject is also good.
  • Someone who has extensive experience in Internal Fraud, Procurement Fraud and Application Fraud Frameworks in Banks
  • Superior knowledge of SAS or competitive products, peripheral technologies and implementation best practices for designing complex, multi-solution architectures.
  • Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making written, oral and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate with people with various technical backgrounds, think analytically, write and edit technical material, and relate statistical concepts and applications to statistical and non-statistical SAS users.
  • Advanced knowledge of common hardware environments/ operating systems, relational databases, scripting languages, open source programming/design and cloud computing.
  • Ability to mentor junior level consultants
  • Travel as business requirements dictate at management discretion.
