Process Engineer M/F

1.    Ensure the TPAK production problem from WM-SINTER process solving to make sure production daily output.

2.    Be responsible for the WM-SINTER process control and lead to yield improvement program (CIP, technical improvement, equipment improvement, etc.).

3.    Be responsible for the TPAK equipment engineering and maintenance specification for better understanding of process.

4.    Understand new process like package sinter simulation process fully to ensure the reliability of TPAK sinter ability before shipped to customer.

5.    Be dedicated to new product engineering including IGBT and another SIC E trial to fulfill customer requirement.

Need to have engineering background;

Need to good at oral English;

Need to have good sense on engineering mind and have basic skill;

Need to have strong willing on problem solving and technical skill on process;

Need to have good communication skill with different parties.
