We are keen to recruit someone who enjoys combining critical thinking and analytical skills as our Process Improvement Specialist in Yogyakarta.


Our mission at amalan is to assist people in regaining control of their finances. We help borrowers reduce their debt burden by either reducing the monthly payments or reducing the overall loan amount that needs to be paid back. Since 2019, amalan is the only company in Indonesia that is registered for this type of service with OJK.


As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will be working as a valued member of our Office of Culture team to improve amalan’s internal process and develop actionable steps for better customer journey .


Responsibilities:

  • Research, analyze and recommend improvements to amalan’s business processes in order to improve overall business performance.

  • Study operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop project plans, communicate changes and provide training to impacted business units.

  • Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.

  • Assist in developing process improvement policies and infrastructure.

  • Maintain and update all process related documents for reference purposes.

  • Monitor process performance and improvements in key metrics.

  • Work with our internal Salesforce Team to improve the customer journey and experience



Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering.

  • Proficient in English

  • Certified in Lean Six Sigma certification will be a plus

  • Demonstrated experience analyzing complex data sets and translating them to actionable solutions for customer stakeholders based on the results of the data

  • Strong conceptual thinking skills with an ability to problem solve, recommend solutions and intuitively prioritize business issues

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to effectively partner with all team in driving change

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently within established timeframes

  • Use a variety of techniques and tools to design, define, manage and improve processes, like visual management, Business Process Management, Lean, and Six Sigma
