We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst and Process Lead to join our team to support the implementation of a Global Case Management system across APAC Region.
As a member of the HR Operating Office, this individual will be responsible for eliciting and driving requirements at multiple levels of detail for our Markets. This role should have a strong attention to detail and is entrusted with accurately documenting requirements and acceptance criteria for the case management solution. This role must be able to interface with the Market, and the Global project team to achieve necessary outcomes., should have good knowledge of technical aspects of CM implementation.
This is project-based role for a period of 9 months. The role will report into the APAC HR Operating Office Process Lead and Case Management Project manager.

Job Description:

  • Work closely with Regional Case Management Project lead and Global Project Team to support the implementation of the Case Management implementation for APAC Region

  • Drives requirements gathering processes within Markets through written and verbal methods

  • Work closely with the APAC HROO Process Lead and APAC Head of Shared Services to shape the future state processes and requirement.

  • Synthesizes complex information into concise, readable, unambiguous written requirement

  • Communicates at very high level, both written and verbal, to both internal and external stakeholders

  • Validates incoming data attributes aligned with defined field values to ensure proper use cases are applied

  • Possesses higher-level understanding of database and data management concepts and principles

  • Applies quality assurance techniques and best practices

  • Demonstrates subject matter expertise on Case Management solutions.

Professional Skills

  • 3-5 years of business analysis experience

  • Experience implementing CRM systems is required

  • Understanding of Global /Regional HR Shared Service Service delivery model and Operational Processes across Employee lifecycle , Enquiry management and knowledge management is critical

  • Proven ability to lead an organization through extensive business process changes and new process implementation

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem solving and analysis skills

  • Passion for knowledge management and continuous improvement

  • Proficient in Excel, PPT and Microsoft SharePoint

  • Ability to multi-task among competing demands

  • Has been part of a transformation program and preferably worked in HR
