Job Title:Case Management , Process Specialist and Business Analyst
Work closely with Regional Case Management Project lead and Global Project Team to support the implementation of the Case Management implementation for APAC Region
Drives requirements gathering processes within Markets through written and verbal methods
Work closely with the APAC HROO Process Lead and APAC Head of Shared Services to shape the future state processes and requirement.
Synthesizes complex information into concise, readable, unambiguous written requirement
Communicates at very high level, both written and verbal, to both internal and external stakeholders
Validates incoming data attributes aligned with defined field values to ensure proper use cases are applied
Possesses higher-level understanding of database and data management concepts and principles
Applies quality assurance techniques and best practices
Demonstrates subject matter expertise on Case Management solutions.
3-5 years of business analysis experience
Experience implementing CRM systems is required
Understanding of Global /Regional HR Shared Service Service delivery model and Operational Processes across Employee lifecycle , Enquiry management and knowledge management is critical
Proven ability to lead an organization through extensive business process changes and new process implementation
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving and analysis skills
Passion for knowledge management and continuous improvement
Proficient in Excel, PPT and Microsoft SharePoint
Ability to multi-task among competing demands
Has been part of a transformation program and preferably worked in HR
