We are looking for:

Reporting to the Procurement Sustainability growth & innovation Director as part of the Syensqo BSA Procurement, the Procurement Sustainability Analyst will be in charge of enhancing our program related to Human Rights in the supply chains.

We count on you for:

Key activities include:

  • Lead campaigns on Supplier assessments related to their ESG performance
  • Follow up on the suppliers assessed by 3rd parties and rating agencies (Ecovadis assessments and audits), provide support to buyers and suppliers for the Ecovadis/audit onboarding process and report on the progress
  • Lead the ESG risk approach in the Supply Chain, focusing on Human Rights :
    • Support to the implementation of the ESG risk management process, focusing on high risk value chains / high risk countries
    • Monitor the supplier mitigation action plans on human rights risks in collaboration with buyers and Corporate Compliance
    • Monitor our supply chain due diligence process
    • Report on the progress of our suppliers
  • Develop and lead programs related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and living wages in the supply chain

You will bring:

Desired Experience:

  • Seniority 3 years minimum
  • Experience in sustainability is a plus.
  • Experience in Operations, Business or Innovation
