  • Study and analyze the regional market conditions to design and implement strategies of supplier selection, cost optimization.
  • Source Tooling and plastic suppliers in accordance with company sourcing strategy.
  • Execute benchmarking and cost analysis among the market trend to make sound purchasing decision.
  • Utilize data analysis to optimize contract management process.
  • Work with contract management systems, including customization of systems to meet company needs.
  • Independently coordinate with stakeholders to ensure complex contracts mitigate risk and deliver competitive advantage by communicating all established Company contracting processes, policies, and procedures
  • Prepare, negotiate, execute, and manage enterprise service agreements (Master Service Agreements).
  • Responsible for coordinating contract changes including amendments, renewals, terminations, and closeout.
  • Negotiate prices and achieve continuous cost reduction.
  • Manage preparation, implementation and execution of procurement processes.
    Implement procurement processes to ensure efficiency, cost savings and best practices Work directly with customer and deliver error free services to the customer
  • Ownership of operational and dashboard reporting as per the agreed timelines & formats with the customer.
  • Assist with monitoring contractor performance and ensuring compliance with contract terms.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with strategic suppliers to assure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
  • Work with CTX’s global team on product development/new projects and operation support to ensure early supplier involvement to achieve high effectiveness
  • Perform audits with SQE and engineering staff to recognize and identify opportunities and potential threats to ensure suppliers’ ability to support CTX’s business and objectives.
  • Monitor, measure and evaluate supplier performance for constant improvement in every possible ways.
  • To provide a service delivery in Procurement domain with Knowledge of Procurement - Indirect & Direct, Master Data Management, Catalog, Spot Buy, Competitive bidding, Catalog, P2P.

Manage smooth and good working relationship with suppliers to guarantee the best value and reliable providing of materials.


  • Minimum BS/BA in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of three to five years of work experience in contract management or related SCM business
  • Proven communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills, with influencing and persuasive talents;
  • Can work in a high volumes/ tight deadlines setup
  • Experience in the manufacturing Industry (plus)
  • Past use of strategic sourcing processes for midstream goods or services
  • Active utilization/experience of major ERP packages (Sage X3, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
  • Data analytics experience in Excel and Power BI
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements; contract management, contract administration
  • Ability to perform objective analysis and evaluation of an issue in order to form a decision. Possess the skills to be analytical, gather information, and escalate problems with recommended solutions.
