DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Daily Routine: Receiving request order from the user. Ask quotation and mockup from vendors, do the price comparison and quality check. Showing the mockup to the user. Inform the best price to Direct Reporting. Create PO on manual/ERP system and follow up the approval based on matrix. Send the PO to vendors. Make sure that the item is delivered to users on time. Receiving invoice, delivery note, etc. (complete document) and pass to Finance. Sourcing and register new vendors. Managing internal document such as customer from, PR & PO manual, internal letter, etc. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in Procurement / GA or relevant job. Bachelor s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Accurate and precise attention to detail Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels Goal-oriented, organized team player; DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Daily Routine: Receiving request order from the user.
