The Digital Product Coordinator will assist with the development of digital products and projects in the Division and ship them in a timely manner. Focus on Editorial, audiovisual and overall content experience in our digital products. Be able to write, edit and curate content. It will be an intermediary between the different stakeholders and the production process, able to communicate effectively and manage resources in both ends. As a coordinator it will have to raise alerts and manage production risks enabling decision making and contention actions. Provide support vendors, organizing priorities and flows, providing documentation, process administration in order to secure quality and schedule. Its important to understand digital product performance, including main KPIs, graphics, audience insights, etc. and develop reports. This person will contribute to the Disney quality as a standard and align project development to business focus.
The Digital Product Coordinator will be responsible for:
Own product development of Disney/Star/Nat Geo digital products and related properties.
Assure full production process is completed on time and up to the company quality standards.
Interact with the different moving parts of the product, provide visibility to stakeholders.
Work with other teams at Disney in order to get resources needed for development.
Generate and maintain a healthy and efficient relationship with vendors.
Gather quotes and estimations and then track budget as the product(s) move forward.
Document product definitions.
Meet and generate process standards, work actively to improve the process balancing procedures and agility.
Attack risks proactively.
Take care of administrative tasks like contracts and payments.
Interact with other areas in order to validate quality and standards are met. Take care of our digital products brand value.
Understand performance and audiences’ indicators and find insights for products improvement.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
Relevant background generating content for digital. Content experience strategy knowledge.
3 years of experience working with a digital product team or related disciplines.
Experience with 3rd party vendors is required.
Advanced level of English.
Experience working with agile methodologies.
Project Management software (BaseCamp, JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)
BI & Analytics platforms: Google Analytics, Adobe, etc.
A/B testing and cases development.
Product design, UX basic knowledge.
MKT, User acquisition & journeys.
A love for storytelling, characters and sensibility for design highly desirable.
