This individual will support our high profile client's Data Center Power and Cooling equipment purchasing and supply chain operations. The primary categories of equipment purchased are are back-up power generators, generator enclosures, electrical switchgear, transformers, bus duct and mechanical cooling equipment. The chosen individuals role will be to support day-to- day operations plus large and complex project deployments across numerous teams.

• Supporting the evaluation process against current global and regional supply agreements
• Supporting analysis of supplier lead times against project planner and escalating issues 
• Creating complete procurement planners 

• Supporting our client's Commodity Managers on requirements for localized RFx; confirming RFx supplier bid lists or sole source (agreed at Global/Regional level)
• Reviewing RFx documentation and dealing with queries 

• Supporting our client's Commodity Managers with final pricing updates and agreements;
• Creating draft Award Recommendation Letters (ARLs) or Single Source Justifications (SSJs)

• Conducting reviews of bills of material (BOM)
• Supporting analysis of data and capture metrics including single source, sole source, lead time, and dual source
• Supporting our client's Commodity Manager with cost analysis including creating liability curves (S-Curve)

• Conducting calls with vendors and collaborating with them to review readiness for upcoming production
• Monitoring vendor manufacturing cycle times

• Drafting Project PO request forms
• Review Project PO request forms with suppliers
• Setting up folders and saving all relevant files
• Seeking budget allocation from PCG
• Sending executed PO to Suppliers

• Maintaining communication of project required-on-jobsite dates with supplier
• Supporting analysis of supplier lead times against project planner and escalate issues, where necessary
• Creating dashboard reporting on delivery progress and commitments

• Reviewing and monitoring revisions to OTD commits
• Establishing if expediting/delaying of OTD commits is required
• Identifying a contingency plan and resolution procedure if required

• Acting as a domain owner and be accountable for data health
• Consulting with data owners/data stewards to make decisions and shape the strategic direction/project roadmap for their domain

• Being the data owner and accountable for the definitions, policies, business decisions, and application of business rules for all data
• Being responsible for coordination of data element usage across functions
• Acting as the data steward, responsible for enforcing data governance policies and standards to ensure quality, accuracy and security of the data
• Owning data producers role as being responsible for creating, modifying or deleting data in accordance with data standards and policies
