What We are Looking for
Minimum Bachelor Degree holder from any major
Candidate with 2 - 5 years experience in the financial sector as support and investment support
Good comment in English , Good English Writing proficiency
Candidate whom Posses a WMI license.
Have knowledge of mutual fund operational activities and wealth management
Understand capital market regulations and company regulations
A candidate whom demonstrate good interpersonal skill.
A person with high analytical skills
A Candidate whom capable to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking.
What are nice to have
Knowledge in Indonesia Capital Market
Having the experience in preparing KIK and Prospectus
On the Job You Will
Actively involved in the process of developing and registering products, especially those concerning the preparation of documents needed to register products with the OJK, including coordinating with legal consultants, notaries, custodian banks, and internal departments in the company.
Conduct periodic or incidental reviews of product documents, especially KIK and Prospectus to ensure that KIK and Prospectus products are in accordance with the initial design of the product and / or applicable internal and external regulations. This review is carried out for new products as well as existing company’s products.
Conducting market research / intelligence related to product positioning and making periodic reports to the Directors and the entire Company’s distribution team.
Prepare and ensure periodic reports related to Investment Product Management activities that must be reported to external and internal parties reported on time. These reports include reports to the regulator (OJK).
Prepare and hold regular Product and Pricing Committee meetings and / or other meetings that must be conducted as part of Investment Product Management activities.
Fostering good relations with key stakeholders both external and internal parties to launch Investment Product Management activities.
Conduct regular education or information to all internal company’s departments so that all departments are updated and informed to the latest products information.
Ensuring that all information and material related to the product complies with capital market regulations, internal policies and company regulations.
Follow market developments, review and compare with offers from competitors, enabling distributors to understand and communicate key features of Company products.
Coordinate with other departments involved in the field of tasks such as Distribution, Law and Compliance, Operations and Investment to support the smooth operation of the Investment Product Management department.
