We have a unique opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to join the highly successful Patient Monitoring business (global market leader) that is in the heart of Connected Care and Philips. You will be part of a truly international work environment.
Our goal is to create a new As product manager you will manage a particular on global level in close collaboration with our markets.
Develop, own, and execute the business case, portfolio strategy and strategic marketing launch plan for a particular product line or category in close collaboration with markets (North America, International) and relevant stakeholders throughout the Patient Monitoring Group.
Enable and support Research & Development and programs running in late Concept & Feasibility through the Product Development, Launch and Maintenance Process (PDLM), including goal setting, prioritization, and execution of programs
Collect, implement and maintain global voice of customer (VOC) feedback to guide product development activities
Lead clinical data strategies through ideation, into launch and execution to maximize product/portfolio growth and profitability and increase market access
Own all marketing deliverables identified in the design control process (PDLM), including launch forecasting and retirement plans.
Nurture working relationships with global key thought leaders (KTLs) to provide product and portfolio direction, research.
Collect and analyze information on competitive product offerings, including features, benefits, pricing, regulatory, clinical and marketing status and own competitive marketing as needed.
You will be part of our new Hemodynamics Solutions business, which is part of Philips Patient Monitoring. As part of our Hemodynamics Solution marketing team (being build starting with 1 up- and 1 downstream Product Manager in Q1, 2021) you will be based in Böblingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany with reporting line to our Solution Leader Hemodynamics solutions.

What we are looking for
A minimum of 8 years of medical device/medical products and/or solutions marketing experience (up and down stream) in an international business environment. Medical device/ solutions sales or clinical consulting experience is a strong plus.
Clinical experience in intensive care unit (ICU) or operating room (OR) setting
Highly entrepreneurial and eager with a natural affinity for healthcare business, an interest in hemodynamics management in critical care, and a market and customer driven mind-set
Strong analytical skills and the passion to shape market change the standard of care and drive business growths. Ability to think creatively and pragmatically and convert product/customer feedback into valuable insights that can help drive the development of new marketing programs
Experience with definition of value propositions and product launches
Excellent advocacy and persuasive skills to collaborate with local marketing and sales teams, influence others, present convincing arguments and build and maintain extensive networks
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible enough to change priorities with short notice when necessary
Ability to succeed in a rapidly changing, agile environment where continuous innovation is requisite to success.
