In this global position you will be part of the Microsurgery Portfolio Team, working from our Technology Center in Heerbrugg, CH.
As Product Manager Advanced Microsurgery you are an expert in understanding the customer needs in Microsurgery, you will gain deep understanding of customer needs, insight, workflow and ensure that we not only meet customer needs but have the most innovative solutions in the market.
Planning and execution of the global advanced microsurgery roadmap, the definition and quantification of business opportunities and life cycle management
Based on the defined Product Roadmap, you define user requirement (UR) based on CI, and Customer Centric Product Definition (CPD) process.
You work out business plan for new products (NPI workbook) in terms of expected revenue and margin stream
Lead the project team throughout the whole product development to achieve successful product launch and beyond
Cooperation with specialists from a wide range of functions
Master’s degree or PhD in Biomedical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics
The ideal candidate should bring profound technical understanding of microscopy, optics and digital imaging to be able to drive the digital transformation in microsurgery
Ideally application experience in microsurgery
We expect a team-player, forward looking and innovative mind who wants to shape the next generation of advanced clinical surgical microscopes
Multiple years’ experience in technical Product Management in Microsurgery or Microscopy or related fields
Experience in leading innovation project(s)
Fluent in English and preferably in German language
Willingness to travel globally up to 30%, primarily within Europe and to USA
