About this opportunity

As regional Product Manager (ADAPT), you will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing plan in line with company strategy to deliver the objectives with the ADAPT (Align Digital and Practice Transformation) business unit.

You will report into the Operation Manager of Business Optimization EMEA. You will be based in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, with irregular international travel within the Key European markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for…

  • Development and implementation of EMEA brand strategies, plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness and credibility, doctor sign up and growth within OPEX budget including:
    • Support the development of the strategic marketing plan as part of AOP
    • Product and implement annual marketing plan
    • Campaign materials
    • Media Planning including Digital
    • Evidence development (publications, speakers)
    • Congress + exhibitions
    • OPEX Budget Management
  • Proactively represent the region and our customers providing insights and international strategy implementation.
  • Use analytics and insights (including campaign ROI and competition) to support planning and align marketing strategy to expansion targets.
  • Drive + own communication as part of a multi-disciplinary team to develop and execute the marking plan.
  • Development of market insights and analytics to support market plans.
  • Creation of marketing campaigns to support market entries.
  • Influence the local marketing and sales teams and ensure the roll out of marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with other marketing teams
  • Proactivity driving business case studies, presentations and publications
  • Market analysis to support ROI expectations.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with speakers, customers and sales teams
  • Establishing close relationships with the global, regional and local marketing teams; Train and educate stakeholders on required aspects of brand + brand strategy including development of training collateral.
  • Utilize digital communication platforms to deliver plan.

In this role, you’ll need …

  • Bachelor degree or above, preferably in a marketing or business related filed.
  • At least 4-6 years of related work experience, preferably within a similar medical device industry.
  • Proactive / doer mindset with a sense of urgency
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Project management skills with ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
  • well organized and able to structure complex situation
  • Capable of analyzing complex data sets
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of any additional European language is an asset
  • Headquarter experience
  • Experience coordinating project with large marketing agencies
  • Industry background in professional services or medical device field
