We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager for our Platform to drive the evolution and development of our Cloud Platform delivery and services. This product manager will own the roadmap and drive feature delivery across the Cloud Platform Portfolio for areas such as Observability, Usage reporting, SLA definition, SLA reporting, and Security compliance implementation.

The role of the product manager spans many activities from ideation, through inception and into execution. The right person will not only be technical but can bridge the gap between our product, marketing, sales, and engineering teams.

As a product manager you will be involved in hands-on management of the Cloud Engineering and Security backlog, using Agile and Scrum best practices and techniques to ensure our products and services are reliable, delivered on time, and meet business needs. The ideal candidate will promote an iterative working style and self-organization across teams, be responsible for articulating the ‘what’ and working with development teams to determine the ‘when’ by creating user stories and scenarios and defining acceptance criteria, KPIs and SLAs.

You must be legally authorized to work in Belgium.

  • Manage new features and releases through the full project lifecycle and provide ongoing support after launch.
  • Help define (new) requirements together with key stakeholders, guard the scope, and maintain project planning.
  • Organize and expertly drive planning, scheduling and day-to-day execution of projects to support our cloud services.
  • Managing projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams.
  • Measure and analyze product metrics, customer needs, and business opportunities to guide product feature creation and optimize user experience.
  • Identify product and technical issues and actively develop and track solutions.
  • Keep track of all requirements and test processes from several sources to understand applicability to the product.
  • Empathizing with risk-sensitive customers managing concerns regarding online threats, data safeguards, information security regulations, security incident handling, etc.
  • Ensure our product offering complies with relevant legislation and standards associated across global markets.
  • Delivering Demos, Technical Presentations and Workshops for key stakeholders in the business.
  • Work with internal stakeholders across the company to explain our value proposition as well as working closely with key customers and partners to continually improve the product offering


  • BS or BA in computer science or related degree
  • 4+ years of product management, project management, and/or experience in a technology-focused business
  • ITIL Qualified is a plus
  • Completion of a full product lifecycle (Idea, Verification, Delivery, Release)
  • Self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile
  • A creative thinker with skills in critical analysis
  • Superior attention to detail in developing product documentation and analyses
  • Effective customer communications, especially for internal customers
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills


  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Great analytical and synthetic skills
  • Recent hands-on experience running or developing a Cloud or SaaS-based offering, ideally targeted at enterprise
  • A keen understanding of all the elements which make up a secure, robust, and compliant product integration with a customer-centric view.
  • Knowledge of working with cloud-based systems, deployments, and industry-standard authentication and data exchange APIs.
  • Understanding of privacy by design principles, ISO security standards
  • Knowledge of enterprise deployment, configuration, and upgrade
  • A demonstrated ability to deliver products as outlined above
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), business process applications is a plus
