How to contribute to our vision

Our Global Service Business Unit is embarking on a digital transformation of its End-to-End Service Delivery model. You will lead the thinking, planning and execution of our external and internal digital products, capabilities and enablers and to contribute to the digital transformation:

In this role you are going to have the content authority for the product backlog. You will work with the stakeholders to define business goals and priorities. You understand customer needs through constant interaction with the customer, including end-user interviews and surveys, brainstorming, co-creation, trade studies, or market research. Based on that you will develop a business perspective and product value proposition. You define a high-level vision, constant product, and solution backlog refinement and informal face-to-face communication with teams.

The definition and management of the delivery schedule in form continuous near-term road mapping and frequent release of incremental value is going to be part of your responsibility. This includes prioritization at every Program Increment boundary via value assessment processes and constant scope triage.

Further you will contribute to the overall digital vision and mission, collaborate with like-minded colleagues and work towards an agile organization.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

  • Degree (Master's and beyond preferred) in Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science or similar fields
  • Several years of experience in digital transformation and as product owner in the agile software development domain
  • Excellent communication skill in English and ideally also Spanish/German/Danish in any setting and on any stage
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to abstract operational and technology issues to relate to product and solutions.
  • Experience in digital technologies and the future of work
  • Solid track record of operational leadership in multidisciplinary software development projects and teams
