About The Role

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for ongoing assurance of VIEW system products to ensure that they are developed, delivered and supported in line with customer requirement .This role will be based out of Melbourne and will be working very closely with Head of Product to provide design, analysis and recommendation for future direction of the product.

Responsibilities

· Drive continuous improvement through the reporting, problem and knowledge cycle

· Support the development of the product strategy and roadmap for future improvement of the products to support the business unit objectives

· Review enhancements request, attend meetings as required and lead the prioritisation of development

· Collaboratively partner with other teams across the Division to implement changes, including supporting the release plan with the Development Manager through improved development lifecycle processes, including providing product ownership (both individually and view team members) in sprint planning, sprint reviews, etc

· Providing support for related incident management and service request fulfilment including escalation processes and major incident communications

· Work with the Infrastructure Lead and Service Delivery Manager to ensure that appropriate expertise is engaged and the management of incidents and requests are completed

About You

You would be responsible for reviewing and monitoring processes and systems, looking for innovative ways to deliver requirements. This will include supporting the development of knowledge resources, reviewing technology tools, change management, quality (including compliance with industry standards) and business reporting.

You will also have:

· Demonstrable customer service skills and leadership experience

· Excellent product knowledge

· Effective people management skills with the ability to manage changing priorities

· Used to working under pressure in an operational environment

· Good presentation and written communication skills.

· Ability to manage time and priorities to deadlines

· Creative and innovative in terms of finding opportunities to improve
