Job Description

Project/Product manager to join on a critical Cards project. This role will be key on delivering and implementing all project initiatives across Cards

Rates: $600-$650 p/d + super

Locatoin: CBD

Join one of the Leading Global Banks to work across a critical Cards project in the Retail Banking. Provide Customer needs gap analysis within current product suite - to address with development of distinct value proposition or product revamp.

About Your Role:

  • Manage fee and rate pricing strategies and tactical pricing changes
  • Leverage relationship with their card providers to enhance product benefits and strategies
  • Develop solid knowledge of key credit and risk policies and manage impact to campaign execution and product profitability
  • End to end execution of strategic project and initiatives
  • Encourage the continuous improvement of the Project Team
  • Lead and manage a cross functional team to deliver the project
  • Ensure the project meets deadlines and budget
  • Manage the relationship with the clients and all stakeholders
  • Manage the project team to ensure initiatives are delivered

About You:

  • Strong Credit Card portfolio understanding
  • Strong Produc Management Experience working on major projects
  • Strong Exposure/Background to Project Management
  • Experience across Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Ability to prioritise various initiatives based on the Consumer Bank strategies
  • Strong leadership, influencing and Stakeholder management capabilities
