Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Marketing Designer to join our growing team. As a Product Marketing Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand’s visual identity, developing eye-catching marketing campaigns, and enriching the user's experience through creative and intuitive design solutions. Your role will encompass creating compelling visual content for our marketing team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging, and leveraging your design expertise to deliver engaging experiences for our diverse user base. Key Responsibilities
Visual Concept Creation:
- Create visually appealing and consistent designs for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, professional presentations, and print materials.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and design principles to maintain visual coherence across products.
- Design marketing material that strikes a balance between aesthetics and functionality.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with product managers, the marketing team, and other stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of requirements and create marketing material that aligns with campaign goals and strategies.
- Solicit feedback from team members and stakeholders, and iterate on designs to incorporate constructive feedback and improve overall quality.
Continuous Market Research:
- Perform user research to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, marketing strategies, and competitor activities to ensure the company’s marketing materials remain current and competitive.
- Utilize research findings to make confident design decisions and optimize the user’s experience.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing, UI/UX, or Product Design, with a minimum of 3 years design experience.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, or equivalent.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. Please provide a link if available.
- Ability to iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
- Demonstrated can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare industry or designing for healthcare-related applications.
- Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and other user-centered design methodologies.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
