Job Description

Traveloka Xperience is our latest product which aims to give you various choices of activities with the best price. It consists of attraction, beauty & spa, movies, playgrounds, entertainment, events, and many more. 

  • Develop and accountable for the marketing strategy of a category/sub-category within the organization, incl. devise campaigns and marketing & business forecasts;
  • Implement marketing strategy through collaboration with multiple parties, including Marketing (channels, pricing, marketing-technology), product team, engineering, finance, data scientists, Story Labs through campaign briefs development, campaign execution or projects. Take corrective actions when necessary to achieve the objective;
  • Conduct/commission market research (in collaboration with Research Team), oversee marketing roadmap for the category/sub-category being managed;
  • Collaborate with the Pricing team to develop pricing strategy and set the required prices. To some extent, expected to monitor the works of the more junior member in Pricing Team;
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate product performances and provides feedback (be the customer voices to Product Team). Liaise with other areas of the organization to implement these changes;
  • Drive and manage prioritization of marketing initiatives;
  • Liaise with Channels, Promotions and Pricing specialists to design, execute campaigns and marketing collaterals to target audiences;
  • Manage, create, sponsor and lead projects - including providing direction, briefs and guidance necessary to achieve the objectives;
  • Manage and support human capital management in a country to accomplish the business growth demand (Recruiting, Talent development by mentoring junior members);
  • Integrating marketing activities and aligning them with our brand and value proposition;
  • Implement social media strategies around KOLs.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skill
  • Mature and self-driven person, embrace challenges, and has an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent communication, passion, dedication, and energy to get things done
  • Fluent in English & Thai
  • If you are coming from top tier management consulting and high-level proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analytics, it would be a plus point.
