Job Description

Role Summary:The Remote Services Product Owner will provide product management for the remote service’s portfolio within the global BioPharma Services business. Responsibilities include developing the global digital remote services strategy, portfolio management and program execution, including; identifying, developing and deploying new solutions to drive services productivity and overall customer satisfaction
Essential Responsibilities:Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

+ Leading the creation of the playbook and developing strategies for the remote services portfolio, including; plan development and global execution.
+ Driving consistent remote services experience from internal (field engineer, online center) and external (end-customer) perspectives to deliver high level customer satisfaction.
+ Driving product vision for new solutions and bring a strong desire to innovate by bringing ideas from MVP to launch.
+ Driving global operationalization of current remote service investments as appropriate.
+ Being passionate about new technologies to drive services productivity and customer satisfaction.
+ Leverage cutting edge development methodologies, knowledge, and experience to drive increased efficiency and quality across the teams.
+ Working with customers and product owners across the businesses to understand market needs and opportunities and translate that into a winning strategies and multi-generational plans that drive development of remote software platforms and products with measurable business impact.
+ Leading regular operating mechanisms to advance remote/digital initiatives and plans including collaborating cross functionally to align activities and deliverables.
+ Having accountability for driving Change Management and end-user adoption for portfolio; conformance to the global processes and proper ways of working.
+ Authoring SOP’s / Work Instructions, end-user / SME training, end-user communications.
+ Monitoring product portfolio performance, use, maintenance and developing and executing mitigation strategies and effectively managing product lifecycle activities including supporting new technology integrations and feature developments as appropriate.
+ Accountability for delivery of goals and objectives.
+ Completing other projects and tasks as assigned.

+ Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
+ Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
+ Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.

+ Develop an open quality culture within the organization that fosters issue discussion and decision-making based on quality and compliance objectives
Qualifications/Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical discipline or equivalent.
+ Excellent PC skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Proven track record in utilizing analytical tools & metrics for both managing product portfolios and creating product road maps.
+ Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing complex systems; excellent problem solving, and interpersonal communication skills are a must.
+ Detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication; able to express complex concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing to business partners
+ Excellent English written and verbal communication, strong listening skills to uncover underlying needs, strong relationship building skills, ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization and experience working with cross-functional teams.
+ Must have a desire to achieve excellent project outcomes and exceed stakeholder expectations.
+ Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions
+ Ability to travel 15-20% (domestic or international) as needed.
Desired Characteristics:
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
+ Familiarization of BioPharma products and services offerings.
+ Fundamental understanding of core Agile principals including: writing user stories, managing your backlog while articulating your product vision to the scrum team.
+ Proven track record working in a global organization, including; creating a culture of energized, collaborative, high-performance teams that deliver great technology solutions.
+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity. Able to verbalize what is behind decisions and downstream implications.
+ Experience working with international partners; proven track record of working effectively and influencing global organizations.
+ Continuously reflecting on success and failures to improve performance and decision-making. Understands when change is needed.
+ Evangelizes new technology, predicts trends and identifies new opportunities based on trends.
+ Prioritizes projects based on an assessment of competitive needs. Anticipates areas of competitive vulnerability and offers plans to mitigate them.
+ Prior experience in areas of operations, service and quality preferred
