Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

drive the, Healthcare Informatics Digital Pathology and Oncology Informatics line for our Platino Cluster (Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay) taking it to the next level. If you find high motivation in healthcare innovation software with deep focus on sales and channel management, then this maybe the right opportunity for you.

You are responsible for:

  • Develop and execute a market growth plan in close partnership with the regional businesses, including and not limited to:
    • Develop and execute sales account strategies in cooperation with the regional field sales team to meet financial objectives.
    • Provide market information such as current trends, sales techniques, application of informatics solutions in healthcare for their the cluster to the regional leaders.
    • Responsible for complex sales negotiations, attends sales presentations and close sales deals
    • Develop account plans with their potential targets and collaborate with broader account plans when already an existing customer of Philips.
  • Gains and maintains market information and knowledge in order to obtain and maintain the targeted market shares across assigned product portfolio.
  • Ensuring un-compromised implementation of the standard Philips business processes, quality standards and standards of business conduct according to Philips policies.
  • Responsible for compliance performance within the district and for reporting compliance issues quality & regulatory functions (for management review purposes)
  • Driving continuous improvements applying LEAN.


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
 

  • Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred.
  • 3 or more years of experience with ‘Informatics/Software’ sales organizations
  • Relevant experience in pathology and / or medical Oncology diagnostics and pathways
  • Demonstrated experience working with a multichannel environment working in multi-channel (direct/indirect) environment,.
  • Influential and negotiation skills with complex accounts
  • Strong communicator - good presentation skills.
  • Experience in matrix organizations, and cross-functional experience
     

Your team
Based in our office in Buenos Aires, Argentina office. This position will report to the Business Marketing Manager of Precision Diagnosis Solutions.
