Cascadia Metals / True North Tube is currently accepting resumes for the position of

Production Manager for their tube mill. True North Tube's business is producing square, round and rectangular pipe and tubing in both hot rolled and galvanized material types. The Brandon mill is located at the corner of 33rd street East and Hwy #110.


The Production Manager is required to direct and help as needed throughout the entire process/area. They are responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining a safe, clean and organized work environment
  • Understand, practice and enforce Cascadia's safe work procedures and safety policies
  • Give clear expectations and direct personnel as required
  • Keep required documentation in line and flowing
  • Facilitate communication with appropriate individuals
  • Safe receiving, warehousing and shipping of finished material by forklift
  • Understanding, assisting and improving the roll forming operations
  • Human resource co-management, training, coaching etc.

The successful applicant will have:

  • a proven work history
  • exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • strong mechanical aptitude
  • a great sense of urgency with the ability to set and achieve goals
  • the ability to manage a crew of 7-10 people
  • a "How Can I Help" attitude
  • experience operating forklifts
