Position Overview: (2-3 sentences)
Follows established procedures and guidelines to form a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process; loads materials into production machines; removes packs and sorts raw materials or finished products; collects and disposes of garbage and production waste; cleans production equipment and work areas. Individual contributor that performs established procedures and will typically be considered semi-skilled through on-the-job experience; resolves routine issues with senior staff or supervisory guidance and approval.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities: (Top 5-8 core responsibilities)
Cleaning and Housekeeping GMP/5S : Cleaning of non-electrical equipment / electrical equipment, floors, walls, ceiling, weekly cleaning and sanitation using hot water for all product contact equipment, placing things in the right place.
HANDLING PACKAGING : Labeling of plastic bag / carton box, carton forming, insert of plastic bag into carton box (bag in box)
OPERATE METAL DETECTOR : Startup metal detector, test piece verification and recording on form PRO-5025, do verification if found for suspected products OPERATE CHECK WEIGHER : set Nominal weight and tolerance based on Working Notes PRO-5032, test printing
OPERATE VACUUM LIFTER : Startup and use of vacuum lifter for palletizing PALLETIZING : select appropriate pallet (orange color for allergen and sensitive products, black color for other products), arrange carton box on pallet based on size of carton box
OPERATE FORKLIFT : implement pre-operation Checklist, operate forklift, charging forklift after usage
AUTONOMOUS MAINTENANCE : conducting simple maintenance of equipment (daily checking equipment condition, equipment cleaning, tightening bolts/nuts, simple repair maintenance, detect abnormality, etc)
