Using the latest in Imagine and third party products such as, SQL Server, Windows Server, Linux based platforms, IP Networks, VMWare and AWS, you will be responsible for providing technical support for enterprise solutions to high profile customers. You will be involved with (or lead) system design, onsite commissioning and installation of our software Playout Automation and workflow products, as well as providing ongoing technical support. You will work with the customer and the Sales team to develop or review system designs and plan workflow implementation, as required to ensure the solution delivers to client requirements and is clearly documented. The position will interact with Customers, Sales, Product Line Management, System Integrators and other Service representatives to develop system design and address issues to help drive jobs to success. You’ll provide post implementation support tracking cases through their lifecycle from inception to completion.

Functional Responsibilities:
+ Develop customer solutions using Imagine Communications products in conjunction with AWS, SQL Server, Windows Server, Linux based, IP networks and VMWare and other enterprise software solutions
+ Develop recommended networking solutions that satisfy product requirements while interfacing with existing client networks
+ Provide detailed and logically thought out diagnosis information to Product team on issues that may arise.
+ Effective technical support for software and virtualized products.
+ Using Imagine and third party tools, develop workflow solutions as per client requirements
+ Work with other team members to develop cross-product solutions
+ Deliver training to customers/internal staff as required.
+ Work with team members across time zones.
+ Own and track customer issues through the lifecycle using tools such as Salesforce.
+ Work with team to contribute to systems proposals and designs
+ Support projects as assigned and ensure successful implementation.
+ Establish and maintain good working relations with customers and team members
+ Have an open eye to provide information on possible sales opportunities.
+ Required to be part of the 24x7 on-call support roster.
+ Build positive working relationships with clients at all levels.
+ Such other duties as the management may reasonably require
+ Be willing to travel both internationally and domestically approximately < 20%

Required Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of experience in enterprise solution roles
+ Familiarity with Windows Server, SQL Server, Linux and VMWare
+ 2+ years of experience in IP Network engineering role
+ Demonstrable experience trouble shooting/diagnosing and documenting issues in an enterprise environment
+ Must have exceptional organizational skills and be able to multitask
+ Must be extremely customer focused
+ Must be flexible and easily able to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
Preferred Additional Skills:
+ Prior experience in broadcast and video technology a plus
+ Self-motivated, result and revenue driven
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Ability to work effectively under time pressure
+ Capability to work in a multi-cultural / multi-national environment.
