・HPCシステムおよびその周辺機器の提案、設計、構築、導入、運用支援、保守サポート全般
およびインテグレーションサービス、カスタマイゼーションサービス、顧客への技術支援等全般
【必須とされるスキル・経験】
・HPC大規模システム(大規模サイト)/HPCサーバ/PCクラスタの製品知識、及び経験
・Linux(SUSE/RedHat等)のOS、Kernel等についてデバッグ、チューニング等の知識、スキル、経験
・Cluster File System等(Lustre FileSystem、GPFS等Storageソリューションに関する製品知識
・Compiler、Job Scheduler/Batch System (PBS,Slurm)等HPC関連ソフトウエア、アプリケーションの技術、経験、知識
・Cluster SystemManagementソフトウエアの知識、経験(HPE CMU,等)
・Linux/Unix/PCクラスタの提案、導入、運用、保守等ハードウェア全般に関する基礎知識、サーバ製品のメンテナンス経験。
・プログラム言語の知識を有する方(特にC言語、Python、シェルスクリプト)
・MPI、OpenMP、CUDA等の並列計算プログラミング、実行環境に関する知識
・社内外とのコミュニケーションを積極的に行える方
・英語でのコニュニケーションが円滑に行える方
The Client Principal (CP) is the single point of contact to the Sales Force and customers for all Consulting and Integration (CI) business. The CP is responsible for understanding the customer’s business, the vertical industry (e.g., Manufacturing, Finance, CME, SLED and Federal), and strategizing CI led solutions that meet the customer’s business need. The CP leads the CI pursuit, has strong business development skills, develops CI led solution strategies, oversees delivery of complex CI engagements utilizing CI practice resources as well as other TSG BUs (e.g., MS, TS, Software, Servers/Storage). Creates on-going and growing customer relationships up to the C- level (CEO, CFO, CIO, COO), and provides long term CI portfolio management to the client by acting as a trusted advisor. The CP is accountable for achieving business growth, financial targets (orders and margin), and customer satisfaction within assigned account(s), territory or solution focused area(s). The CP works closely with the Sales Force to provide the CI content and to influence the account planning efforts. The CP role is not a sales leverage position.
Responsibilities:
+ Develops targeted consulting engagements focusing on profitable business growth and development of the client partnership.
+ Attainment of margin goal set by overall CI and country/vertical business requirements.
+ Develops engagements which are typically multiple technology content, CI or HPS, with a medium to high SOAR overall risk rating. Mix of fixed price and T&M engagements. Complexity in negotiating and managing terms and conditions.
+ Regarded as a solution or industry SME.
+ Understands the full range of CI solutions and their applicability to business within specific industries.
+ Understands the capabilities and can position the company Products and Services as part of an overall solution.
+ Partners in TSG account planning, positioning CI capability and solutions to develop and increase CI business.
+ Continually develops and positions add- on and change order business.
+ Delivers as a solution expert within the company sales team.
+ Employs a consultative selling approach to develop compelling business cases to differentiate and highlight the value of CI solutions.
+ Engages with functional business managers and senior IT executives.
+ Owner of the CI client relationship, leader for CI pursuits and responsible for partnering with the CI delivery team to ensure successful engagement delivery.
+ Oversees the client portfolio of CI business throughout the project lifecycle. While the CP is not the delivery lead, they support the team in governance and escalation.
+ Partnership with CI delivery organization and supporting HPS functions (ECOS, Finance, Ops, etc.).
+ Contributes artifacts to pursuit knowledge base.
Education and Experience Required:
+ First level University degree plus 7-10 years directly related experience. Advanced University degree a plus.
+ Typically 7-10 years experience working in a solution selling organization and/or system integration projects based organization. Preferable experience in an IT services organization in a client facing role with business development as part of the responsibility.
+ Knowledge and experience of Project Management methods.
Knowledge and Skills:
+ Medium to high level of vertical industry knowledge in one or more key industry IT domains.
+ Medium to high vertical solution expertise.
+ Medium to high customer knowledge IS/IT management knowledge Business/financial management knowledge.
+ Familiarity with project management methodologies.
+ Leadership skills in directing pursuit and/or delivery teams.
+ Medium to high level of consultative approach, solution selling and business development skills.
