In this role, you have the opportunity to

Drive Philips Professional Service Business by providing modularized and standardized service solutions. You are expected to be professional, customer facing, consultative in leading professional service business regionally.

You are responsible for

  • Taking the ownership and lead in engaging professional service business in each region respectively;

  • Identifying and qualifying business opportunities and closing the service deal independently by collaboration with integrated solutions center, commercial and delivery team

  • Deeply understanding the control points of service project and taking ownership of the service contract and scope of work of service to prevent major delivery risk

  • Working seamlessly with commercial team to create funnel, progress services deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Acting as a key driver by leveraging all internal resources to ensure specific deliverables are met and deliver customer success, to ultimately support our solution business

  • Leading subject matter resources and directing the activities of a collaborative cross solution project team.

Professional service business team of Health Systems, Philips China.

You will report to Head of Professional Service Business.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Minimum 10 years’ service business working experience in IT industry, telecommunication or professional service industry

  • Strong experience in analyzing client operations, managing project work streams, solution designing and qualifying new business leads

  • Strong track record in end to end professional service management, from identifying business opportunities to closing the deal

  • Experience in utilizing complex analytical tools and business acumen to identify and track trends in data (along with identifying associated improvement opportunities) for clients

  • Strong capability in problem structuring, analyzing and problem solving

  • Great communication skills and interpersonal skills; Strong team spirit in working seamlessly with multiple stakeholders

  • Quickly develop enduring relationships with clients at all levels to ensure project completion, client success, and win repeat business

  • Subject matter expertise for Healthcare Provider clients and be part of a collaborative cross solution project team.

  • Travel Frequency: approximately at 50%
