We are looking for Program Managers to join our global team! PMs will maintain external and internal communication, take ownership of iteration planning and retrospective reporting, as well as obtain necessary information for the team from all related sources. Furthermore, they will configure projects, resources and task types, work on removing all obstacles for team productivity, as well as track and report team and project status.   • Knowledge of project management processes related to software development

  • Knowledge of applications development lifecycle

  • Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum)

  • Experience in leading IT projects

  • Experience collaborating with international clients

  • Excellent people-management skills

  • Experience in implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved

  • Mastering and managing meetings with internal and external stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services

  • Generating, communicating and presenting accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.

  • Identifying, escalating, analyzing and reporting on program risks.

  • Excellent knowledge of English language

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Good communicator 


  • Experience working as Software Developer, QA Analyst, Technology Consultant or related field

  • Experience using team collaboration tools/source control programs, preferably Team Foundation Server

  • Experience with PowerBI, JIRA 


  • Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology and/or major in Project Management or related field is desired

  • PMP / PSPO / PSM / CSM certificate or any related certificate would be a plus

  • At least 4 years of project management experience in IT
