We are looking for a program manager to manage multiple large scale, strategic projects, programs and engagements with some of SAP’s largest customers in the MEE Region spanning organizational and national boundaries including multiple business units and multiple service partners or vendors.
When joining our MEE program management team, you will be part of a team of experienced program managers who act as a role model for outstanding leadership in projects, programs and co-innovations in order to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction and -success leading to high solution adoption and renewal rate.

You also have an important role in securing digital project references, collecting intellectual capital, lessons learned and providing inputs in harmonizing project and program management standards and processes. While we expect you to ensure effective project oversight, engagement, program and project reviews to affect customer success, we also provide a supportive onboarding and coaching for your personal success in this role.
This role reports into the Head of Delivery and Program Office for Middle and Eastern Europe, Customer Success Services.

The Delivery & Program Office MEE drives excellence in end-2-end service delivery and guides our customers to become successful Intelligent Enterprises.
The program managers are managing digital transformation of our customers by delivering strategic complex programs and multiple inter-related projects within a given business strategy to the desired program results: in-scope, on-budget, on-schedule, and consistent with quality standards.
The delivery execution leads support the whole project portfolio within the region and ensures quality and transparency of our most important engagements.
