Transformation Program Manager (m/f/d) Selling & O

Our comprehensive transformation program has the goal to deliver a seamless omnichannel shopping experience for our customers through demand driven, efficient end-2-end processes and an IT infrastructure that enables these processes. We are looking for experienced Program Managers who are ready to take on this challenge and ensure a successful execution.

We aim to fill this position starting February 2021.

Your responsibilities at C&A

• You support the Head of Program Management and Work Area Lead "Selling & Omnichannel" on operational tasks and monitor the project progress, key milestones, resources, costs and risks
• You ensure the implementation of program standards, tools and processes, guide and facilitate project planning
• You ensure the implementation of, and facilitate the change request management process
• You prepare, moderate and document workshops with senior management, functional experts and operational staff
• You prepare project Steering Committees, project status reports and day to day meetings
• You track and monitor the project budget

What we expect of you

• University degree preferably in business/economics, engineering or computer science background
• At least 2-4 years of program experience in Program Management Office or Project member position, experience with omnichannel selling topics of advantage
• Experience with a strategic consulting firm as Consultant is an advantage, with exposure to the respective toolkit
• Diligent with attention to detail
• Proven proficiency in German and English language (both written and oral)
