Responsibilities
• Onboarding new partners (review business plan, set level in program, review any contracts as necessary, and work loosely with the local / regional sales team to ensure new partners align with the Thales business strategy.
• Refine, and enhance the partner program guide
• Enhance the program with new benefits
• Communicate with partners via newsletters and webcasts
• Manage any in-person, webinars, virtual partner events in region
• Define, track and report on key metrics that indicate partner onboarding effectiveness, improvements and execution
• Regularly work to evolve and refine the partner experience based on internal and external needs as well as feedback from conversations, surveys and interviews
• Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, channel team to understand requirement to enhance partner’s sales / technical / products skills by providing resources (training, webinars, battle cards etc)
• Regular participation on regional team calls


Requirements
• BA/BS degree, MBA or Master degree
• Minimum 3 years work experience in channel focused company, preferably working with Partners, Marketing background preferred in regional role at multinational organization
• Experience using Salesforce would be very beneficial as using it will be required
• Comfortable reviewing terms, conditions, and contracts for onboarding new partners
• Outstanding verbal communication skills and detailed project management skills are required.
• Comfortable to speak or present in an events / webinars / meeting
• Fluent in English and Chinese. Other foreign languages is welcome
• Comfortable with travel up to 10%
