Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) is looking for an
E-Commerce Program Manager Webshops, EMEAP (m/f/d)
The position holder ensures excellent operations of our e-commerce webshops and manages programs and projects to continuously improve these with our IT teams, Countries and 3rd Party Service Provide for Abbott Customers in our Abbott Diabetes Care division and its new business model for the region. Her/His focus will be FreeStyle Libre, a breakthrough technology of Flash Glucose Monitoring in the Diabetes Healthcare market. Freestyle Libre is directly available for clients/patients on our web-shops and in different reimbursement distributions channels such as pharmacies. Patients pay for it themselves or they are reimbursement by healthcare authorities. ADC will be in a hypergrowth mode for the next years.
This a critical role reporting to the Business Operations Director EMEAP. The role is located in Wiesbaden (Frankfurt area) within the EMEAP Business Operations Team and requires excellent project management skills and experience in managing run operation of e-commerce webshops and digital presences. She/He will be expected to establish a good relationship with the internal IT delivery teams and Business Rerlationship Management team, the central service provider and Major Stakeholders from our Countries and representatives of different Cross-Functional Departments (in-country, EMEAP and Global) to execute the tasks and manage project execution.
A team-player with demonstrable a track-record in e-commerce operations and project deliery, process- and program management excellence, she/he will be self-driven and proactive, wanting to make a difference with their tangible contribution every day. She/He will have to understand what it means to find the right balance between delighting the customer and commercial reasoning.

Responsibilities: Execute on EMEAP E-Commerce Operations
Ensure Run Operations and continuous improvement of our e-commerce webshops and digital presences with our IT delivery teams and external service providers. Be counterpart of ADC country e-commerce teams
Execute requirement definitions and priority setting on a program level
Analysis of change requests and presentations to upper management for approval, further oversee and conduct implementation with IT and third party service providers and/or internal stakeholders for approved requests
Understand and master the front end “customer flows” and the backoffice functionalities that support the Web shops and related systems and processes
Monitor status and availability of the web platform, and administer the Web Shop catalog, order, delivery, payment, invoicing and all related interactions
Be actively involved in innovation and change projects with different functional teams in globally, on area or within countries
Build and maintain strong cooperation with BRM and IT team, External 3rd Parties and Countries
Analyze and improve existing processes and implement new (smart and lean) processes if and where appropriate
Shape the e-commerce infrastructure and IT landscape of the future with our delivery partners
Post graduate diploma or University degree and/or adequate degree and on-the- job business exposure. Engineering, business computer science, computer science media or an equivalent qualification
Minimum 6 years of work experience required. Professional experience in online and e-commerce area with experience in buildup and use of IT solutions
Proven project management and organizational skills (classical & agile)
Keen awareness and adherence to timelines
Team-player who takes on accountability and enjoys connecting with people in an international team
Excellent communicator on all channels
Strong business acumen
Action and solution-oriented; self-driven and proactive
Experienced in leading internal IT delivery teams and service provider governance (onsite/near- and offshore) in Run operation and projects
History in developing programs to develop and improve processes and quality along an omni-channel / digital retail customer journey.
Ability to document business requirements and qualify and quantify their effects
Strong analytical skills
Fluent in German and English; other European language is a plus
Travel up to 20%
Experience in working in international teams is a plus
Experience in a mass market environment is a plus
Practical experience in the common portal and web technologies.
Experience in use of Magento and AEM or similar products is a plus
