The Wireless and Sensing Product Group located in our Neuchatel office has unique expertise in radio System-on-Chip solutions for the Internet of Things (IoT).  These are the world's lowest power and highest range radio solutions integrating the RF front-end with efficient CPU for cost-effective IoT implementation. These ultra-small, feature-rich radio controllers are optimized for a wide range of battery-powered IoT sensors.

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented individual, to drive IC design projects, their transfer to production and their market introduction.  In this role, you will join a fast paced, team-oriented work environment supporting the concurrent development of multiple state-of-the-art radio controller products. This position requires a unique combination of technical ability and personal skills to work within the groups to meet aggressive deadlines in a changing environment without causing disruption.  Your team’s success is your success.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary interface between internal teams for a radio IoT chip. Team members are mostly located in Switzerland and France.
  • Drive engineers that report to other managers (Matrix Organization)
  • Consolidate program schedules, track key milestones through regular core team meetings. Report using classical Waterfall project tools, drive using modern Agile techniques
  • Quickly identify problems, manage risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Drive approval meetings and reviews

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering with 5 or more years of relevant work experience
  • 3 or more years of experience in Project management using Waterfall techniques
  • Prior experience with IC SoC development is a plus

Desired Skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with the engineering teams to meet deadlines and promote efficiency
  • Strong written and oral communication in English and French, with good interpersonal skills
  • Superior documentation, organization and follow up skills
  • Comfortable under stressful situations
  • PMP certification is a plus
