We’re seeking a Program Manager based in our Paris Office.
Working in the Chief of Staff office, the Program Manager will supervise a wide range of programs and projects to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives that will enable Salesforce France sustain it's commercial growth while keeping and developing it's culture & values.
The program manager will be key in making the COS office successful and instrumental with the French strategic initiative called Salesforce Talents aiming at growing our ecosystem of talents. Our vision is to partner with our extended Ecosystem - partners, customers, schools, nonprofits, recruiting agencies, public institutions - to co-develop creative and scalable solutions to close the talent gap in our Ecosystem. Our main goals are to to facilitate deployment of existing programs in the country and complement identified gaps in assets and offerings through local high-value partnerships
Your role as a Program Manager:
Design the main planning activities to ensure the success of the various programs. including coordination of the Marketing Plan
Coordinate cross-team/project activities. (cross-functional team of 30 volunteers employees)
Own reporting and analysis of COS office initiatives and KPIs.
Key contributions to selected initiatives:
Promote awareness about existing (and new) jobs in our ecosystem, to make jobs and career path visible and to orient vocations towards these jobs - Salesforce Talents Campaign
P-Tech - Support the team to ensure successful launch of this new initiative including influencing the school curriculum, providing mentoring, site visits, workshop delivery
Follow existing Partners (EI, ISDI, OpenClassrooms...) and Build high-value partnerships with relevant actors of workforce-development Ecosystem, to serve needs of our customers & partners, and reach scale. Be proactive to identify best-in-class experts in the most valuable areas.
What you will need to succeed:
