Position Overview
Diligent is looking for an experienced and highly professional Onboarding and Development Programme Manager to join our global HR team. This role will organize and manage our onboarding procedures and facilitate the new hire experience in every aspect. Working closely with the wider HR team and senior business leaders, this role will develop our candidate experience by building structured training programmes and new hire sessions to ensure new joiners have the right information, tools, resources and knowledge in order hit the ground running and thrive at Diligent and in their individual role. This will include driving a robust effort to rebuild our onboarding experience with vendor support, ensuring vendor relationships and deliverables are closely managed, as well as being responsible for components of content delivery and creating training plans for team and role-specific training.
The successful candidate must have a combination of experience and skills across project management, training, learning and development and instructional presentation with a proven track record of building programs in partnership with business leaders. This individual must work well in a fast-moving environment along with sound knowledge of HR and L&D practices. This person will have a true passion for programming and onboarding whilst demonstrating a high level of commitment for to the professional development of our employees.
