ENTEGRIS is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee multiple projects driving profitable growth in the company’s Life Science filtration business. You will fulfill the role as an enabler for products under development and steer teams to successful product launches. Our ideal candidate will be excited to interact directly with a broad range of technical, business and subject matter experts throughout the organization. We expect that you will have strong project & program management and leadership skills. The role will require you to lead planning activities for multiple programs, track progress, aggressively pursue opportunities, proactively mitigate risks and hold teams accountable. You will have demonstrated your skills by influencing and leading cross-functional teams
The primary responsibility of the Program Manager will be to manage a series of New Product Development Programs and help develop the foundation of a successful overall Filtration program.
Execute ENTEGRIS’s New Product Development and introduction using a stage gate process from idea through commercialization.
Your key accountabilities for this portion will include, defining roles scope and charters, defining project milestones and effective communication.
You will identify constraints in new product development and, working across a variety of functions, conceive and implement near-term solutions to improve time to market. You will be both a resource for the product teams and hold the team accountable on delivering on their commitments
The program manager will contribute to developing the Entegris Life Science Filtration business mainly. You will help establish a culture that will be swift, agile with well-defined roles and responsibilities.
We expect that you will be passionate about enabling teams to successfully launch new products and mitigate risks.
To be Successful in this role and at ENTEGRIS you will need:
The ability to manage multiple projects (>5) simultaneously in various phases of development.
Experience managing cross-functional teams in meeting program deliverables with leadership and team building skills. You will have demonstrated that you can manage teams to peak performance and successfully navigate conflict/issue to a resolution.
Strong communication skills up, down, and across the organization with project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
The successful candidate will typically have the following skill set:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or similar technical field or related experience is required. A Master’s degree in a technical field and/or an MBA is a plus.
Demonstrated experience (2+ years) of project management within a global, multicultural, multi-location organization serving the life science or other high tech industry.
Experience working with product lifecycle management systems and product portfolio management systems (Stage Gate system) is required.
Fluent English for both of spoken and written capability to communicate with multi functions and regions
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Apply Six Sigma, statistics, mathematics, financials and program management tools to solve complex product/portfolio lifecycle problems. PMP certification is a plus
