Our dynamic Property & Asset Management team is seeking to hire a Project Coordinator who will be assisting with the delivery of projects across the Victorian property portfolio. This involves assisting the project consultant team as required with a focus on technical delivery, tenancy fit-outs, risk and compliance and document management.

A snapshot of the role:

  • Assisting with the coordination of fit-outs and liaising directly with tenants and their appointed consultants/ contractors, assessing/ approving all proposed works
  • Proactive management of all project administration, including organising project documentation for all project works, ensuring the procurement of all design, as-built and completion documentation (i.e. permits, surveys and statutory certification and approvals)
  • Ensuring compliance with all statutory building codes, site specific building rules and fit-out guidelines
  • Assisting with the preparation of tender documents including scope and specifications
  • Preparing project budgets, monitoring project cash flow, and coordinating  payment processing- including the verification and endorsement of all project related invoicing

To be successful in this role, you will need thorough knowledge of commercial building services and building codes with the ability to carry out commercial negotiations with contractors, suppliers, consultants and authorities. Proficiency in the use of software such as Microsoft Office Suite, in managing cost reporting and planning systems will be expected. Other personal attributes will be:
