The Salesforce Project Manager will work as part of the IT Digital Platforms CRM team to manage global, cross-functional projects related to Salesforce and associated applications for the Logitech Global Video Collaboration Commercial (Sales & Marketing) organization. This position will be located in Cork, Ireland.

Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts, Architects and IT subject matter experts to manage multiple projects in the CRM and PRM space. Partner with functional and internal teams to share information, build consensus, and help ensure work aligns with internal strategic priorities and achieves common goals
Work with WW Sales & Marketing teams to extract and document business and technical requirements. Participate in design, documentation, training, and delivery efforts in concert with other team members
Coordinate user acceptance testing efforts as needed
Work effectively across a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Build positive working relationships and drive strong team engagement. Mentor junior team members and effectively manage escalations
Conduct regular meeting routines with global/functional teams and internal teams to facilitate communication, monitor activities, track progress, manage budget and address/resolve issues.
Document formal project plans including Charters, Communication Plans, Timelines, Risks/Issues, Action Logs, Status Updates, etc
Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the business's current technology and infrastructure from a functional perspective
Provide guidance concerning business implications of Salesforce.com development projects. Serve as consultant to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results
Be one of the first points of contact for user support and problem solving
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
8+ years in the IT Industry, implementing enterprise-wide Salesforce.com CRM applications on schedule and within budget
4+ years direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget and schedule
Expertise with business processes around Marketing, Sales & Channel Partner management
Solid understanding of best practices in CRM usage and ability to bring a consulting approach to help business solve issues and challenges
Proven administrator and configurator skills with Sales Cloud
Basic understanding in programming using Force.com APEX, VisualForce and the use of these tools with Salesforce.com
Familiarity with Salesforce.com Integration components for Salesforce (for example, APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, outbound messaging and Data Loader)
Must be up to date with all the Salesforce releases and new functionalities within Salesforce
Excellent verbal, active listening, and written communications skills along with demonstrated facilitation skills
Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation and metrics
Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives
In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
Salesforce.com Admin certification. Salesforce Sales Cloud certification is a plus
