Service Management

& Skills Must have
:- 15 To 20 Years Experience in Infrastructure
Service Management, Service Desk Management, Networking, Cloud Services, Devices,
Storage, Disaster Recovery, Load Balancers, Database Administration, IT Security, Patching etc.,

Educational Qualification : Graduate

Key Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for
the delivery of, Incident, Problem, Change Configuration Management

2. Responsible for
work assignments, work flow, deliverables, and staffing.

3. Perform an
operational Service Management hands on role including:

a. Monitor, manage
and prioritize all service aligned queues ensuring service levels are
maintained and eliminating backlogs

b. Ensure processes
are followed as defined

c. Point of Contact
for driving Severity1 incidents including internal and client communication

4. Point of contact
for the Clients, Service Delivery Managers and Delivery teams

5. Acknowledge and
resolve technical problems dealing with software, hardware, networking, and
Internet connectivity in a timely and courteous manner

6. Plan and provide
support IT implementations and projects. Projects could include migration to
cloud services, new servers, or rolling out new technologies

7. Help and formulate
with the creation and implementation of new policies and procedures and other
IT-related initiatives

8. Must be able to
select the right technology that enables the client organization to move
forward and propose or make recommendation to the customer

Technical Experience :

Identify, investigate and resolve client Service
Management issues eg ensuring quality of information in incident, change and
problem records is high and issues are managed or escalated promptly

Manage team of engineers responsible for systems,
storage, networking, and desktop.

Coordinate all problems, incident and change
management initiatives using ITIL best practices.

Escalate client issues and risks to the client Senior
Management in a timely fashion ensuring no impact to client

Manage multiple vendor relationships, including
contract negotiations, finance oversight, technology and operation requirements
and ongoing service level agreements.

Must have a good understanding of server
technologies and the server team, normally includes:

Operating Systems

Physical & Virtual Servers

Storage & Backups

Disaster Recovery

Participate in Client trainings, other internal/
external meetings as required

Experience supporting, maintaining and administering Microsoft Windows
Networking systems, including Windows Server 2012/2016, MS Active Directory,
network equipment (servers, switches, firewalls) and troubleshooting techniques.

Experience administering Microsoft Office 365 tenant account, including
Exchange on-line and Azure AD, Single Sign-on.

10. Experience managing a cloud-based
infrastructure using Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure

11. Experience working with robust
infrastructures, and using best practices to design, deploy, and maintain both
on-premise and cloud-based systems.

12. Experience with deployment tools like
SCCM, and desktop/laptop system configurations, basic hardware maintenance in a
Windows environment.

13. Experience :-

a. Working &
configuring large volume of about 200+ Servers

b. Working,
configuring, monitoring & managing 200+ AWS Instances

c. Putting strong
monitoring system in place and manage them configuring appropriate alerts

d. Working in
monitoring tools like Solar Winds or any such tools.,

e. Producing and
publishing reports on the status of infrastructure

14. Identify
maintenance windows for system support, back-ups, patch management, and
technology refreshes.

15. Coordinate major
datacenter build outs and hardware refreshes while adhering to customer
contract outage windows

Should have good communication skill

Should have good Analytical skill

Should be ready to work 24/7
