As a Medical Project Manager you will be responsible for the following responsibilities:

  • Supporting in the management of medical/scientific engagement projects according to internal policies (Advisory Boards, Insight seekings, patient surveys, patient support program, patient education programs, scientific workshops, satellite symposia)
  • Contracting in collaboration with medical assistant
  • Management of activity-related content (translations, print, congress booth material)
  • Supporting and coordination of compliance and medical governance approval (SMGC)
  • Tracking and coordination of content development and review (Content Lab)
  • Responsible for the stakeholder management and communication strategy support
  • Organization of internal and external meetings with stakeholders
  • Coordination of training for customer facing team members (MSL, reps)

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Science, higher degree (PhD) beneficial
  • Knowledge of medical vocabulary is required in the areas of oncology and respiratory diseases
  • Experience in project management and interacting with cross-functional teams is required
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry with focus on Respiratory and Oncology
  • Knowledge of the swiss pharmaceutical environment is required
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Proficient in German (oral and written), fluent in English and French is an advantage
