Project Manager (Station in Shanghai/Wuxi)

Job Duties:
  • Report to Project Director or Senior Manager,
  • Responsible for overall project management, including but not limited to design, schedule, procurement, and construction management,
  • Manage all project activities and requirements with clients, designers, consultants, authorities, and contractors to ensure excellence of project goals and deliverables,
  • Initiate, lead and drive project by active liaison and coordination with external and internal stakeholders,
  • Lead and supervise all assigned project team members. Provide training and guidance as required,
  • Station in Shanghai/ Jiangsu Province with travel to other cities or regions when required.

Job Requirements
  • University graduate with major in Architecture, Structure Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or relevant disciplines,
  • Professional qualification in National grade Architect, Structural Engineer, Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, Constructor or equivalent,
  • Minimum 10 years’ project management experience, preferably from clients or consultant firms with multi-discipline or multi-national exposure,
  • Solid project management experience in China, preferably experience in sizable commercial or institutional projects (at least 50,00m2),
  • Experience with foreign clients, designers, or consultants will be advantageous,
  • All-round technical knowledge, solid experience in handling phasing of developments, knowledge in local regulations and procedures will be advantageous,
  • Strong sense of cost and contractual matters,
  • Take ownership and responsibility,
  • Must be proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese,
  • Candidate with higher experience may be considered for the post of Senior Project Manager.
