As our Project Manager, you’ll be an integral part of the Dynapower team, responsible for managing projects of varying size and complexity across our business segments (incl. Clean Energy, High Power, and Military). We’re looking for someone who is excited to help us meet some of the most challenging power conversion demands for Fortune 500 companies, small enterprises, research institutions, and government agencies the world over.
On an average day, you’ll
Collaborate with the Sales and Engineering team to identify areas of value for the customer
Oversee project activities and be the primary contact point for key customers, stakeholders, and field staff
Manage multiple projects in parallel
Ensure project activities comply with all policies and regulations
Oversee the planning, development, and execution of project deliverables
Identify project risks and implement creative solutions
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
Oversee close collaboration and coordination with cross-functional internal and external teams
Review and approve scopes of work
Work closely with Sales and Purchasing to align customer and subcontractor/supplier agreements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent experience
2-4 years of project management or project engineering experience in the energy industry
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail orientation sufficient to organize and drive multiple project tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
Professional and positive attitude
Proven success in process improvement, self-development, planning, and performance management
Microsoft Office, Project, and relevant web application skills at a professional level

This is a full-time exempt position, Monday through Friday. This position requires periodic evening and weekend work. It is based in South Burlington, VT but is eligible for hybrid or fully remote work within the continental US. Regular domestic and/or international trips are required (up to 20% of your time). Remote candidates are expected to travel to our Burlington, VT headquarters 1-2 times per quarter.
