About the role

As a Project Manager at Apheris, you will be in charge of the full lifecycle of multiple projects – from preparation to execution until completion. You will be the person that oversees all processes in our business organisation and act upon upcoming bottlenecks. With a good eye for details you will steer and push projects into the right direction – always meeting deadlines and customer expectations. You will have a great team by your side to effectively redistribute resources and activities. As a Project Manager, you are working directly with our founders and have high impact on our company – executing our mission and vision on a daily basis.

What you will do

• Set-up and drive multiple projects of our business organisation – from defining the right use cases and aligning them with our customers, coordinating the onboarding of data owners, to negotiating large customer deals
• Run customer projects end-to-end – from outreach to managing a customer pilot to sales
• Create presentations and proposals for our customers
• Set-up and implement new processes to make the business organisation very efficient
• Align stakeholders within the team with customers and investors

You should apply if

• You have several years of working experience as a consultant and have successfully led multiple projects with a range of topics across technology and industries for high-profile customers
• You are very process-driven and bring a combination of management and hands-on delivery experience,
• You are a great communicator and comfortable delivering formal presentations to internal and external stakeholders
• Very well-structured and organised with a strong analytical mind and attention to detail
• Genuine interest in working in a fast-paced startup

Bonus points if

• Industry experience in pharmaceutical R&D
• A technical or scientific degree

Logistics

Our interview process is split into three phases:

Initial Screening: If your application matches our requirements, our hiring manager will invite you to an initial video call. In this 45 minutes interview, you will get to know us and the role. Our hiring manager will be interested in your relevant experiences and skills as well as answer any question on the company and the role itself that you may have.

Deep Dive: Your second video call will be with a domain expert from our team. Our interviewer will assess your skills and knowledge required for the role by asking you about meaningful experiences or your solutions for specific scenarios in line with the role we are staffing.

Final Interview: Finally, we invite you to our office for two to three hours of interviewing with our founders, talking about our culture and meeting future co-workers on the ground.
