Job Description
--Looking of People who is having experience in health care related projects with knowledge in HIS(Hospital Information system)
-scoping, project planning and release of assessment tool as per project timelines
- Project issue and risk management, work in collaboration with the product team, client services, sales team and the content management team to scope of the project
- Create project tracking mechanism, report reviews for the management highlighting project status, challenges, and recommendations
- Hands on .Net (3.5 or above versions), SQL server and PHP based projects, experience in systems development and systems life cycle methodologies
- Sound knowledge on RDBMS concepts with good Database design and development experience, expertise in Microsoft Technologies
- Market analysis on assessment platforms, research on various industry and geographical zone penetration
- Analysis, identify scope and objective for upcoming projects or enhancements of existing product using in-depth knowledge of systems
- Plan, review, and perform analysis, design, coding and implementation of simple to complex software systems
- Create functional and technical specifications based on business and/or technical requirements
- Strong experience in project management methodologies: Agile/Scrum model, Waterfall Model and rapid application development model
- Manage project resources (technical leads, business analysts, architects, testing team members and developers) and other project stake holders to deliver solutions/ projects, in accordance with agreed scope, schedule, quality and cost.
Team Management-
- Coach product development team on technical nuances, releases and enhancements
- Ownership on development and QA team performance
Product Compliance-
- Prevents compliance issues by collaborating with design teams; reviewing design data; identifying and resolving product design issues; identifying short-term and long-range issues; researching and identifying applicable regulatory and industry compliance standards and codes; developing compliance policies
- Develops compliance plans by researching, analysing, selecting, and applying compliance concepts, approaches, techniques, and criteria; adapting and modifying compliance
- Attains compliance by isolating and resolving non-compliance issues; recommending product and process changes
- Documents compliance by completing approval applications; recording test results; preparing investigative reports; preparing and filing Declarations of Conformity; maintaining compliance database.
