Role Description:

We provide digital marketing services for clients across multiple industries. Our multicultural, multi-national team is uniquely qualified to serve digital marketers throughout the Americas.

Candidates should be passionate about marketing in a digital world, ready to make an impact in an entrepreneurial environment, and possess at least 3 years’ experience in project management and account management.

The ideal Project Manager will have demonstrated experience developing project plans, managing customer expectations, leading on-time, on-budget initiatives and developing positive and friendly professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

We seek an experienced project manager to lead our client portfolio. We have about 20 clients and use TSheets and Trello to help us manage our resource planning and backlog.

This team is based in Porto Alegre, Brazil and it's important that you are fluent in Portuguese. You also should be conversational in English and be available to work during normal business hours in Brazil. We hold daily stand ups at 0900 and again in the early afternoon.

Client projects are focused on the digital marketing clouds from Adobe and Salesforce, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and data visualization engagements.

Your role will be to serve as Scrum Master, and plan sprints and help allocate resources on a daily basis to our cards. We use Zoho (for ticket tracking), Trello and TSheets. You will also be responsible to produce client reporting on a weekly basis in collaboration with the technical team (about 16 technical engineers and developers).

It is important that you have a background and understand digital marketing. If you are interested in earning credentials and attending training for Adobe and Salesforce, we can provide you that training at no cost.

PMP certified resources, lean six sigma black belt, and agile certifications as a scrum master preferred.

Project Manager

• Lead on-time and on-budget execution of billable engagements
• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Track project costs in order to meet budget
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Manage process improvements within the operation by documenting processes and improving our internal operations

Other Duties:

• Earns the Adobe Analytics and Marketo Sales Badges and the AA Business Practitioner certification within Calendar Year CY21
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; researching trends, following market activities, M&A activity, reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; monitoring competitors, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
