Eaton Energy Storage division is developing new offers. Agile methodology and program management is KEY to the team.

The Project Manager / Scrum Master has a significant role in team interactions, finding ways to improve and optimize teamwork, and in the same time remove impediments so the team can do their work more efficiently.

Project Manager / Scrum Master is dedicated to maximizing the value and effectiveness of our delivery teams by bringing modern, innovative agile techniques and program management tools to follow the program key milestones.

He/she carries out the scheduling of the daily activities and facilitate the communication between the different parties (from engineering to production line).


  1. Delivering Hardware/Software projects using agile methodologies while having very good understanding of the entire Product Development Life cycle and/or customer specific development

  2. Facilitating scrum processes and release planning process

  3. Daily coordination and involvement in SCRUM ceremonies with the development team, the Product Owner, System engineers, SW Architect, developers and other teams

  4. Provide support during program proposal efforts in determining WBS, level of effort, resource planning and cost.

  5. Initiate, lead and support storage Engineering programs utilizing Eaton’s Prolaunch Agile process

  6. Establish objectives and goals and provides direction to the project team members in areas of project execution,

  7. Maintain and report applicable metrics for programs, e.g. quality, technical performance, and readiness levels (technology, commercial, manufacturing).

  8. Guiding, coaching and influencing others in the principles of Agile/Scrum

  9. Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and ensuring information distribution to the right recipients

  10. Focus on continuous improvement

  11. Excellent communication and people skills, ability to keep an open mind, to be supportive and motivate others

  12. Excellent client facing skills, very good written and spoken communication skills

  13. Proactive problem solving, facilitating discussion, decision making and conflict resolution

  14. Motivated and trustworthy, has initiative, understands responsibility and budgets, team player

  15. Self-motivated and proactive

  16. Ability to influence, coach and mentor others

  17. Good experience in IT and Product development (Job will require 50% dedicated to pure scrum activities and 50% to Program Management)


  • Education: Engineer, M.S. or equivalent (BAC +5)

  • Working and aligning with multiple teams working on the same product

  • Experience with Scrum of Scrums and Release Planning

  • Experience with issue tracking systems: JIRA, or other Atlassian tools and Azure DevOps

  • Certification for Scrum Master is mandatory

  • MS Project experience

  • Knowledge of HW power electronic boards 

  • Analytical skills for problem solving with focus on simple solutions

  • Good written & oral communications skills

  • Good presentation skills (to Top Management)

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to communicate in English (French is a clear advantage)

  • Willing to work in international environment.

  • Enthusiastic about energy management solutions and related concepts
