The Professional Services team is looking for a new Project Manager to join the international team members (Job located in Waterloo, with remote working). Your main role will be to manage the implementation of our solution for our existing and new clients.
Responsible for the operational project management, including projects’ deliverables, project planning and action follow-up
Establish clear objectives for implementation and respond with urgency to achieve goals within the project timelines
Analyze and understand client's business objectives and translate them into technical requirements
Ensure a product roadmap follow-up in coordination with the product team, whilst identifying local product requirements and evolution needs
Become an expert in Talentsoft’s implementation methodology and use it for all engagements
Ensure the client takes advantage of Talentsoft’s best practices
Participate in the sales cycle when requested to gather requirements, estimate workloads and costs as well as to support with proposals
Responsible for user testing, configuration of the solution, deployment follow-up as well as customer trainings
2 to 4 years’ experience in SaaS implementation or operational HR or HR / HRIS Consulting
University degree or equivalent – business studies or HR is o
Experienced with the direct approach recruitment practices
Knowledge with operational HR processes - e.g. recruitment, appraisal, training, compensation
HR software knowledge with Meta4, PeopleSoft, SAP, Lumesse, SuccessFactors etc. is a plus
Strong team player with good communication skills
Proactive, curious and driven individual
Fluent Dutch and English speaking skills
